Our History

In 2007, our Director, Barry Greenwood, founded Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort while managing his own investment apartment within the precinct. As interest grew, Barry, leveraging his project management background, transitioned to full-time property management, eventually attracting other owners who were seeking efficient operations. With the resort’s expanding portfolio, Barry’s son, Bodie, armed with a degree in Hotel and Resort Management / Marketing, joined the team as General Manager, working closely with owners to maximise returns. Barry, alongside his partner Alison, oversee systems, accounting and administration, while Bodie and his wife Amy ensure that day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Our dedicated reception and housekeeping team, available seven days a week, including public holidays, ensure excellent guest experiences and efficient property management, no matter the location of your investment property.
